EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Mankovsky Gallery, we want you to be satisfied with your artwork. If your artwork arrives and doesn’t meet your expectations, or if you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact us via the online chat or email info@mankovskygallery.com as soon as possible. You have 14 days to notify us about any issues. Where appropriate, we will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.

Please note that you are responsible for checking that your order is complete and in good condition upon receipt.

RETURN POLICY
If your artwork needs to be returned, please contact our support team at info@mankovskygallery.com for instructions. For orders returned via shipping, you are responsible for the cost of returning the package. Returned items must be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged.

For orders shipped via DHL, your package will be held at your local post office for 14 days. If the package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of 250 SEK will apply to cover the costs of return shipping and handling.
